A cladded home has various benefits. Fundamentally it protects the structural walls beneath it from external elements such as rain, moisture and temperature changes. Cladding can also incorporate insulation.
We use power washers with a flat spray pattern to preserve paintwork. Specialised detergents are used to remove dirt and other contaminants.
One major downside of traditional brick is that over time it collects dirt and can start to look unsightly. However, a huge advantage of having your cladding cleaned is to restore the cladding back to looking brand new again.
There are lots of different types of cladding including timber, UPVC and stone.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD CLADDING BE CLEANED?
Because cladding is typically a low-maintenance product, cladding cleaning isn’t necessary for close intervals.
Every 12-18 months is usually adequate.
