Car Parks, Communal Areas, & Playgrounds

Public and private car parks can see dirt build up very quickly, depending on the number of vehicles using the car park each day. Car park cleaning is needed because over time, the concrete and surfaces can see a build-up of chewing gum, food and general dirt, alongside vehicle-related stains, such as oil, petrol or tyre residue.

We use a range of different cleaning products, methods and equipment, depending on the type of dirt, stains and flooring. We use pressure washing equipment to remove chewing gum and oil stains, whilst our team carry a range of environmentally-friendly cleaning products to remove a wide range of stains and to restore the cleanliness and colour of the car park’s flooring and walls.

A high density of vehicles can make car park cleaning difficult, therefore we offer a selection of appointments during non-business hours, including evenings and weekends, to enable us to access the car park whilst it is either empty or less busy. This allows us to clean the car park without worrying about causing damage to people’s vehicles and means that the end results will be more thorough and satisfactory.

Playground cleaning

Cleaning wet pour rubber or tarmac playgrounds are more specialist than cleaning block paving. Playground cleaning requires different machinery and techniques to properly clean them and just that little bit more elbow grease. These surfaces are more prone to dirt and moss build up than ordinary paving, that is to say, that the dirt shows up more as they tend to be bright colours as opposed to a dull grey tarmac surface for example.

As well as cleaning the playground floor area we can clean any swings, slides, climbing frames and any other street & playground furniture and obstacles at the same time further improving the look and feel of the area.
